RETURNS & WARRANTY

About Refund:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase,we can provide a return label for your convenience. However, please note that customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns.

You have 30 days from the shipment date to return your order, and we will promptly process a full refund to your original payment method.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund (approved or rejected). If approved, Flamurs will initiate a full refund to your account within 3-5 business days.

After thorough examination and acceptance of the returned product, Flamurs will issue a full refund to your account within 3-5 business days. Additionally, Flamurs is not liable for any compensation in the event of missing or stolen packages after successful delivery. If your package fails to arrive or is lost during transit, we will explore alternative solutions to address your concern.

About Return:

For any eligible purchase that includes a free gift, the gift must be returned as well, or the current retail price of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Unfortunately, returns are not available for customers residing outside the contiguous United States. All international orders are considered final.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

HOW TO RETURN:

 1. Please contact us via email (support@flamurs.com)

 2. Proof of purchase is needed (Order ID)

 3. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without permission will not be accepted

 

Product returns must be in their original packaging and unused condition within 120 days from the date of your purchase. Please note that Flamurs does not warrant our products against normal wear, misuse, disassembly, or product modifications. Flamurs covers shipping if you get the wrong item or defective item out of the box. Please note that products being used, damaged, and disassembled do not apply to our store policy.  

 

WARRANTY

We guarantee all our products to be free from manufacturing defects. Normal wear and misuse are not covered under our warranty. Should your Kaleidoscope Fire Pit product sustain damage due to misuse, our customer service team can assess the extent of the damage and recommend possible solutions. If the product is irreparable after misuse, we offer a one-time courtesy discount, allowing you to purchase a new Kaleidoscope Fire Pit product at 50% off the MSRP listed on our website. Warranty claims are only valid for orders placed on flamurs.com. For orders placed elsewhere, warranty claims should be submitted through the respective retailer's website.  All international orders are considered final.
