Shipping Fees

We provide complimentary standard shipping on select orders within the contiguous United States (excluding  Alaska, and Hawaii) when your purchase totals $99 or more. There will be shipping cost for the address of Alaska, and Hawaii area.

It's the customers' liability to pay the customs fees and other unexpected fees when customs fees occurred. We declare a proper value for customs on all shipments that are shipped out from China or overseas distribution centers. You may email at support@flamurs.com for more information about the declared value, or to request a specified value within hours from the purchase time.

 

Estimated Shipping Time

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched on the subsequent business day, including expedited shipping options.

Please be advised that it may take 1-3 business days for tracking information to become accessible. Our shipping carriers are currently facing unprecedented volumes and procedural changes, resulting in nationwide delays.

Customers are responsible for any losses resulting from incomplete, incorrect addresses or fraudulent transactions.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is typically not possible. Customers who insist on canceling an order that has already been dispatched will be liable for shipping costs and any associated additional fees.

Packages should arrive in the United States within 3-7 business days.
